Around the world, children are among those most affected by the climate crisis. Still, children and young people remain excluded from decisions shaping their future. They are growing up amid disrupted education, health risks, and loss of safety and stability due to the climate crisis, living the consequences of inaction every day.

Plant-for-the-Planet, Child Rights International Network, Climate Justice for Rosa, ChildFund Alliance, Centre for Global Education and the Alana Institute insist that children’s rights are non-negotiable and must be placed at the heart of all climate policies and commitments, urging governments and negotiators at COP30 to ensure that children’s voices are heard, and their needs are met.
